Fellowship-Trained Joint Replacement Surgeon Joins Carolina Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center Sept. 7

Dr. Jason Zlotnicki, fellowship-trained joint replacement surgeon, has joined Carolina Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center. Beginning on Sept. 7, Dr. Zlotnicki will start seeing patients at the practice’s office, located at 2345 Court Drive in Gastonia. As a specialty-trained orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Zlotnicki’s expertise includes advanced training in comprehensive diagnoses and treatments for arthritis as well as for hip and knee injuries and conditions. He specializes in the following advanced surgical and nonsurgical procedures:

After receiving his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry in New York, Dr. Zlotnicki completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Following his residency, Dr. Zlotnicki moved to New York City to undergo specialty training through an adult reconstruction and joint replacement fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery.

Dr. Zlotnicki is an active member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
