Lauren M. Mogk, DO

Dr. Lauren Mogk is a board-certified, fellowship-trained doctor who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation and treating injuries and conditions of the back, neck, and spine using noninvasive and minimally invasive treatments. Dr. Mogk also offers nonsurgical care, including EMG testing, to help treat each patient’s individual needs. She began practicing at Carolina Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center in 2024.
After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with her bachelor’s degree, Dr. Mogk earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She completed her internship at Carolinas Medical Center and her residency at Atrium Health Carolinas Rehabilitation, both located in Charlotte. Following her residency, Dr. Mogk went through another year of training with the Jordan-Young Institute in Virginia Beach, Virginia, finishing her fellowship training in interventional spine and musculoskeletal medicine.
Outside of practicing medicine, Dr. Mogk enjoys tennis, running, hydroponic gardening, and spending time with her husband and her three dogs.
