Scheduler – Appointments (Full Time)

Job Description:  The Scheduler – Appointments position is responsible for coordinating provider schedules in order for the Practice to achieve the highest standards of patient service and satisfaction. Other responsibilities include answering incoming telephone calls and directing callers to the appropriate department. Responsible for knowledge of the referral process and communicating appointments to a referring office by phone and/or fax in a timely and accurate manner. 

Location: Gastonia, NC

Requirements:  Seeking team player with a strong customer service focus and commitment. This individual must be outgoing and sensitive to patient needs.  Outstanding telephone communication skills and excellent attention to detail are required. Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-10 diagnosis familiarization, and insurance practices.

Patient Services Coordinator II – Floater (Full Time)

Job Description:  With a strong customer service focus and commitment, the Patient Services Coordinator II (Floater) will be responsible for providing intermittent coverage for all clerical positions, except for billing. This individual makes a professional, courteous impression on patients by greeting and registering patients in a friendly manner. They will verify insurance/patient demographics and ensure that all required patient forms are completed. This individual must be able to perform a variety of positions at an exceptional level. 

Location: Gastonia, NC

Requirements:  This individual must be outgoing and sensitive to patient needs with strong communication skills, exceptional time management, and excellent attention to detail. The Patient Services Coordinator II (Floater) must be able to handle a fast-paced environment confidently and professionally. A high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-2 years of medical office experience is preferred.

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) (Full-Time)

Job Description:  Seeking team player with customer service focus and commitment. The Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant performs various direct patient care activities under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. Assists with diagnosis testing and clinical procedures in accordance with level of training and departmental procedures.

Location: Belmont, NC

Requirements:  This individual must be a high school graduate and possess certification from an accredited medical assistant program. Must possess willingness to accept direction and perform repetitive tasks. Previous medical experience is desirable.

Radiologic Technologist / C-Arm Operator (Full-Time in Gastonia & PRN in Gastonia & Belmont)

Job Description:  Seeking team player with customer service focus and commitment. The C-Arm operator would be responsible for coordinating daily activities to include performing and assisting with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures and associated clerical duties.

Location(s): Gastonia, NC & Belmont, NC

Requirements:  This position requires successful completion of a formal Radiology Tech Program, and current ARRT registration. The individual must be committed to achieving the highest standards of patient satisfaction. Previous experience preferred.
