Patient Services Coordinator I (Full Time)
Job Description: With a strong customer service focus and commitment, the Patient Services Coordinator makes a professional, courteous impression on patients by greeting and registering patients in a friendly manner. They will verify insurance/patient demographics and ensure that all required patient forms are completed.
Location: Gastonia, NC
Requirements: This individual must be outgoing and sensitive to patient needs with strong communication skills, exceptional time management, and excellent attention to detail. A high school diploma or its equivalent with 1-2 years of medical office experience is preferred.
